From the Palenque Project, this artisanal agave distillate made from Maguey Madrecuishe comes from San Baltazar Guelavila, Tlacolula, Oaxaca, and is produced by Eduardo Martìnez, who took up the baton of his father Gregorio.

Aromatic notes: Mainly fresh citrus and floral notes. Peach and strawberry, then a sweetness of caramel and bubblegum emerges.

Tasting notes: Cereals, naturally leavened bread, with an astringent sensation that pushes towards a more herbaceous flavour, with the return of a toasted bread sweetness.
