Aroma: A great concentration of vanilla, maple, and apple aromas that perfectly complement the aromas of intense cooked agave, roasted peppers, cinnamon, and spices. When inhaled, it releases aromas of baked bread, sweet pea, and delicate floral notes. Taste: Fabulous intensity of flavor, with all the aromatic elements perfectly delineated: intense cooked agave, sponge cake, spices, brown sugar, chocolate, vanilla and caramel, nuts, and light spices, all assembled in a sumptuous whole with the creamy flavor of oak that envelops it. A warm, rich, absolutely intricate, and incredibly long finish. A tequila to be savored properly, neat in a snifter. It would be unforgivable to mix it or even dilute it with water or ice. Comparable to the best whiskeys or cognacs on the market.
