Produced with grapes grown under the supervision and control of professors from the University of Bordeaux, it is aged in our cellar in French oak barrels. The delicate aromas develop fully and harmoniously without revealing the woody notes: a powerful, velvety wine emerges, unfolding a wide array of persistent aromas and flavors in a crescendo of spices, berries, and intriguing cherry notes.
