Distilled in 2010, aged 8 years in tropical climates and 7 years in continental climates, alcohol content of 66.9% ABV.

Surprising and captivating from the first sip. Begins with notes of varnish, light glue, eucalyptus, camphor, then changes, the nose gradually opening to unexpected richness. Green banana, apricot, papaya, candied lemon. Pastry-like scents emerge: brioche with candied fruit, slivered almonds, a touch of vanilla. The olfactory approach is a whirlwind of very varied notes that constantly evolve, between freshness, ripe fruit and elegant woody notes. Impossible to define right away, and that is what makes it so fascinating. The finish is long, dry and warm, with notes of vanilla, toasted oak and bitter cocoa. A menthol freshness returns on the finish, almost ethereal. The complexity continues to the last note.
