Cardanera fills the glass as an intense and at times dark ruby juice, impenetrable to light, with slightly purplish highlights on the rim, and good texture demonstrated on swirling in the glass.

The nose demonstrates intensity and good complexity, with hints of fresh red flowers, fresh small black fruits such as blackberry and currant, slightly vinous sensations and sharper hints of pomegranate juice, with hints of pepper and just balsamic notes.

In the mouth, Cardanera is a well-structured red, juicy and fragrant in aromas, with good freshness and firm flavor, and fine tannins that persist on the palate without tiring. The wine's balance is ensured by the discreet alcohol content and a certain softness: an intense sip with good persistence and finesse concludes the drink.
