Straw yellow in color and fine and persistent perlage. The nose is floral and delicately fruity. The aroma of bread characteristic of aging on the yeasts stands out. Harmonious taste, fine, persistent and elegant perlage, bouquet with the characteristic notes of fermentation in the bottle, hints of bread crust and yeast enriched by delicate notes of citrus fruits and dried fruit (almond, hazelnut, dried white fig), savory flavor , fresh, fine and harmonious.

Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal. It will pair perfectly with fish or vegetable dishes, first and second courses of seafood and raw fish, fried fish and vegetables, mixed cured meats, white meat, white meat ragout, Milanese cutlet, mature cheeses.
