Clear in color like water.

It immediately releases aromas of ceramic icing, vinyl albums, machine oil, rubber boots, apple tarte tatin with cotton candy, strawberry donuts, raspberry buns, medlar jam, kumquat and lime.

In the mouth there are overripe bananas, cooked pineapple, spice cakes, thick molasses, warm clay soil and tomatoes.

To be consumed pure with aeration for at least 15 minutes.

Excellent as a digestive, at the end of a meal, to aid digestion, as an aperitif, in cocktails or long drinks, with tonics, carbonated waters, soft drinks or even fruit juices or as a dessert.
