Elisir Sambuca Liqueur by Poli is part of the category of refreshing liqueurs of Mediterranean origin, the same that includes the French Pastis, the Greek Ouzo, the Spanish Anis, the Turkish Raki and the Arak from the Near East. Intense and velvety, it is excellent straight, on the rocks, with the 'fly', as a correction for coffee or in cocktails.
