With fruity and floral scents, Pino and Toi are obtained from an unprecedented blend of typical varieties of the Veneto area: the prevailing is Tai, also known as Friulian, which is present for 60%, Pinot Bianco for 25% and Pinot Gray for the remaining 15%. Being designed to offer a pleasant and immediate drink, the must is fermented exclusively in steel. The Bianco del Veneto IGT Pino & Toi must therefore be enjoyed when young, releasing finesse, lightness, light perfumed notes both floral and white fruit; not very intense and not very structured, it plays all its cards on the pleasantness of drinking, without commitment, but for this very pleasant.
