Armagnac Pellehaut 2005

This Armagnac was produced in 2005 by Domaine Pellehaut: 2005 Armagnac Ténarèze, distilled from Folle Blanche grapes. 

Aged for 20 years in single cask no. 21 (
). Bottled at 49.3% Cask Strength, with a total of 225 bottles.

On the nose, a symphony of rich, fruity notes is distinctly perceptible, accompanied by a lively alcoholic note.

On the palate, the experience unfolds with the sweetness of caramel and wine gum that blend perfectly with molasses. Citrusy and spicy notes cut through the sweetness and add a sophisticated layer to the flavor profile.

The final impression is one of balance and complexity, yet with great personality.

Foursquare Rum Distillery Indomitas

Foursquare Indomitas is a Single Blended rum distilled in 2010 in both coffey still and pot still, like all Foursquare from Velier selections.

One part of this rum was aged for 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels, while the other spent 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels and 9 in ex-cognac barrels. After this maturation phase in a tropical climate, the two components were blended and bottled at an alcohol content of 62 percent.

Old gold in color, the nose releases hints of dried fruits and nuts, citrus zest, toasted notes and fine wood, complemented by hints of caramel and ripe yellow fruit. The palate explodes with notes of vanilla and coconut from the ex-Bourbon barrel that intertwine with rounder notes of candied fruit, sweet spiced caramel and fine wood brought by the ex-Cognac barrel.

A limited edition resulting from a collaboration between Richard Seale and Luca Gargano.
