Glera grapes. To the eye it is straw yellow, with slightly emerald reflections, made brilliant by the minute and rich perlage.
The first sip is silky and with character, the persistent bubble gives sensations of fine harmony between sweetness and savoriness. The aftertaste is a pleasant encounter of all the olfactory nuances expressed in the glass.
