Profil 105 is an agricultural rum raised in wood, i.e. aged in wood, but with a completely innovative method of aging: after a passage in lightly toasted French and American mixed oak barrels, the rum is moved into 2,000-liter barrels for 24 months. A real frontier for Neisson and for agricultural rums, which push towards unexplored aromas.
