Alboni beer brandy is made from unfiltered beer. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with characteristic notes of beer foam and pronounced aromas of rustic pears, yellow fruit, and yeast. On the palate, it is round and wine-like, true to its noble ingredients: malted barley and hops. With its alcohol content, it pairs very well with a mild cigar and a chocolate that isn’t overly rich.
