Created by César Martí, the youngest Maestro Ronero, this rum is made with 70% aguardiente (molasses spirit) and aged for a minimum of 7 years. The aguardiente gives this rum complexity and depth of flavor, while the ron ligero (light rum) adds a touch of vitality to the mix. On the nose, it presents aromas of coffee, toffee, almond, and cocoa. The palate is rich in chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla, with nuances of plum and black pepper.
