Pellegrino's white Grillo "Il Salinaro" is made with grapes from vines grown in the Petrosino area, on calcareous-sandy soils located near the coast. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, and the wine always matures in steel for a few months before bottling. In the glass it is straw yellow in color with luminous reflections. The nose gives intense citrus aromas, floral nuances, hints of ripe fruit and tropical fruit. The palate denotes a particular aromatic richness, with a rich, agile and well-balanced sip from a balanced, fresh and pleasantly marine finish.
