From a project between Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse and Gérard Bertrand.
It is a lifestyle wine that captures the essence and spirit shared by the South of France and Hampton, a well-known American seaside resort.
The different grape varieties are harvested separately at the right stage of ripeness and the grapes come from the best terroirs in the Languedoc. After harvest, the stems are removed and the grapes brought to a temperature of 8°C before being pressed, and only the first pressing is used to make Hampton Water.
Fermentation takes place at a low temperature and lasts 15 to 30 days and the wine is bottled after gentle filtration.
The wine has a delicate pinkish color tending toward salmon.
The nose is of medium intensity with floral and fruity notes accompanied by a pleasant mineral.
In the mouth, the savory note and the fresh and intense character of the wine stand out.
