Flor de Caña Centenario 12yo is Aged 12 years in the tropics in a 100% natural way. We use premium 135 liter barrels of ex bourbon sealed with dried local plantain leaves. It is a rum free of sugar, caramel, artificial ingredients and accelerators. First in the transition to the Ultra-Premium category of the portfolio, it is distilled with a continuous multi-column method, according to Spanish tradition, up to 5 times, with 100% renewable energy. All stages of the production process have been overseen by the same family since 1890. We speak of "5 Star Authenticity".
