Aged for 5 years in ex-Cognac barrels, with a final aging of 10 months in a single ex-red wine barrel, #61592.

The White Oak distillery was founded in 1888, but has been producing whiskey in the traditional way and in small quantities only since 1919. Instead, the actual distilling process began in 1984, when the company built a new plant.
