Barrel no. 701-T054, is aged for 32 years in a humid cellar and is distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes and bottled at a cask strength of 47.8% for a total of 249 bottles.

On the nose you will be surprised by a depth and maturity that you would not normally expect from a 90s cognac! Ripe fruits such as apricots and mirabelle plums are carried by notes of coffee and chocolate. Noble cedarwood and sandalwood and a pinch of citrus oil enhance the elegance to create a wonderful scent!

On the palate, Tiffon plays on the entire balance of flavours! A riot of fruit and honey alternate and balance each other. The heavy body and oily texture ends in a long, delicate finish of dark chocolate and macadamia nuts.
