Corman Collins Jamaica New Yarmouth 27 y.o. Single Cask is an exceptional molasses rum, distilled in 1994 by the New Yarmouth distillery, located in Jamaica. Selected by Belgian specialist Hubert Corman, this single cask is aged for 27 years in oak barrels before being bottled in 2022. Founded by Wray & Nephew, the New Yarmouth distillery is now part of the same Appleton group. Renowned for its powerful and aromatic rums, it produces spirits with a strong Jamaican character, characterized by fruity and esterified notes. With 27 years of maturation in a tropical climate, this rum has developed a great aromatic intensity. Its profile highlights deep woody notes, accompanied by spicy, fruity and toasted touches.
