The Cabernet Maculan is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%) grapes grown on the Breganze hills. Fermentation and aging take place in steel, enhancing the fresh and herbaceous notes typical of the variety. On the palate it is dry and full, with smooth tannins and good softness. Perfect to combine with first courses with meat-based sauces, roasts and grilled white meat.
