Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it undergoes a 36-month process of refinement on the post-draught yeasts and a further 3 months post-degorgement.

Intense straw yellow in color with golden reflections, fine perlage, it has a creamy and extremely elegant foam. The nose offers aromas of bread crust, biscuit, apricot and orange blossom, notes that are also evident in the tasting which is always rich, tasty and with good freshness.

We recommend pairing it with aperitifs, crudités and fish-based dishes.
