Our William pear brandy, selected at La Salamandre distillery, is made from the natural fermentation of William pears harvested a few dozen kilometers from the distillery. It is then distilled in traditional copper stills and aged for at least 2 years in stainless steel tanks. This artisanal treatment of the fruit gives William pear brandy an incomparable fruitiness, with almost the impression of "biting into the fruit."
Clear as water, it releases aromas of very ripe pear, iodized air, green fruit, pear, pear sorbet, hints of pepper and lemon.
