J. Bally from Martinique has been producing its rum from pure cane juice for several decades, and then setting them in the iconic triangular bottle invented by Jacques Bally in 1930.
This Art Deco pyramid is a limited edition created from three vintages: the 2006 vintage aged for 15 years in French oak barrels, the 2007 vintage aged for 12 years in American oak barrels and the 2009 vintage aged for 16 years in French oak barrels.
Bally Art Deco is a complex rum, which reveals aromas of bitter orange, honey and flowers, as well as a touch of tropical fruit. In the mouth the delicate attack is based on chocolate, citrus fruits and nuts.
