Produced with petit rouge and pinot noir grapes, after the harvest, carried out strictly by hand at the end of September, it is vinified with a three-hour maceration on the skins, followed by a 12-day fermentation in steel.

It rests for two months on the noble lees, to get to give an intriguing and never predictable drink, smooth and extremely pleasant. It is a truly excellent Rosé.

Dusty pink the color of the eye, bright and elegant. The olfactory bouquet opens to the nose in a delicate and pleasant way, giving floral and fruity notes, among which strawberry, currant and white melon stand out. Fragrant on the palate, with a good structure, fresh and pleasantly savory at the end.
