80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.
The grapes come from vineyards located in the various municipalities of Franciacorta to collect in a single cuvée all the scents and aromas of a territory suited to sparkling wine production.
The harvest is strictly manual through the selection of the bunches in the vineyard and transport directly to the cellar in small boxes that preserve the raw material. The chosen vinification follows a soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16 degrees)
Corteaura's Pas Dosé has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a strong and constant perlage. The aroma is broad with hints of dried fruit and spicy aromas. On the palate it has a recognizable personality with a strong fragrance. It enters the mouth cleanly maintaining the persistence of strong toasted notes, dried fruit and tropical memories. The aftertaste is long and persistent, constantly evolving.
Recommended serving temperature: 6℃
Wonderful as an aperitif with cured meats and perfect in combination with tasty and important foods. First courses of fish and white ragù, dishes based on molluscs and crustaceans, ideal with raw fish.
