100% Chardonnay
The Chardonnay vines, planted in an east-west orientation, are cultivated on a specific plot of sandy loam soil. The vineyard is meticulously managed in response to weather conditions, thanks to the primarily manual labor of our team. The grapes thus harvested reach perfect aromatic ripeness, allowing us to produce a wine of character with a strong mineral component.
Bright, golden-yellow in color. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of white-fleshed peach, yellow melon, and broom, and hints of bread crust on the finish.
On the palate, it is well-balanced, with a subtle mineral note and a lingering, savory finish; the extended aging on the lees imparts a spiciness that almost evokes hints of wood, a pleasant interplay resulting from the aging process.
