A whiskey created in honor of the Glenlee, a ship built in 1896. She was one of ten steel sailing ships commissioned by Archibald Sterling & Co., and sailed around the world four times! In the 1980s the boat was forgotten and abandoned, but today it has been completely restored to its former glory. You can find the ship next to the Maritime Museum in Glasgow Harbour. Anyway, let's move on to the whisky! Glenlee is a delicious blend of Scotch whiskey, matured in a combination of American oak and Spanish casks for three years.
