The Jamaican Still series, which includes the most authentic releases of Jamaican rums, is enriched with two new distillation masterpieces: Long Pond TECA 2007 and Monymusk MBS 2010, both aged in the tropical climates of the island of origin and with an extraordinary level of esters. Long Pond was distilled in 2007 in a double retort Pot Still, and then left to age for the following 12 years. The Continental Flavoured style is one of the 4 classifications used in Jamaica and identifies rums with a quantity of esters between 700/1600 gr/hlpa at the time of distillation. The Mark TECA in particular refers to a rum with an ester level of 1200/1300 gr/hlpa.
