A single cask coming from the small Poisson distillery on the island of Marie Galante in the Caribbean. This rum is aged 4 years in French oak in France and subsequently aged in an old Caroni barrel in Denmark for a further 16 months giving the distillate very pleasant aromatic notes No color is added and it is bottled without filtration. A truly unique rum!
