Clairin Communal is the result of a careful blend of four Clairins from the Haitian municipalities of Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon, and St. Michel de l’Attalaye, produced from pure juice and syrup made from sugarcane grown naturally without pesticides. Fermentation occurs using natural yeasts, and distillation takes place in small batch stills. Clairin Communal is particularly well-suited for mixing, as it is the only Clairin diluted to 43% ABV, giving it a smoother character in mixed drinks.
