Trebbiano “Altre Terre” is born at around 700 m above sea level, where the company grows Trebbiano, Garganega and Pinot Noir. After harvesting, the Trebbiano and Garganega grapes are pressed with their feet in a wooden vat, the must with the skins begin fermentation spontaneously without temperature controls, with daily punching down. After 7 days of maceration in contact with the skins, racking takes place and fermentation ends in steel tanks. An "orange wine" with notes of tea, apricot and apple cider, delicate tannins and good acidity, giving this wine great structure and complexity.
