In the heart of Veneto, from the fertile lands of Schiavon, in the immediate vicinity of Bassano del Grappa, the Elisir Limone Liqueur is born. The distillate is produced by Poli Jacopo which has been in business since 1898. The liqueur is obtained from a very ancient distillation system, characterized by boilers made entirely of copper which work both with steam and with a discontinuous cycle bain-marie. The distillate is then subjected to a further treatment of infusion of lemon peels in alcohol, coming from the citrus groves of the Lake Garda area. The Elixir Lemon Liqueur is characterized by an intense citrus aroma, associated with a pleasant sweetness, never cloying. The product with its refined elegance maintains high quality standards. A pleasant ritual between friends at the end of a meal, it has notable digestive properties, which is why it is also perfect as a bitter. It's definitely pleasant.
