This AOC from Martinique is the first independent bottling of Saint James, and is therefore a first. Distilled in Colonne créole, it is made up of the blend of a 2004 and a 2006. Of great character and balance. The photograph of the label by Eliot Erwitt is from 2005, and portrays a wedding scene of a friend of Erwitt's in Rome. The woman visible in silhouette is the bride.
