Chamarel Coffee is obtained from the combination of Aged Chamarel rum and infused for a period of 3 months with roasted coffee beans. The production of liqueurs in rum distilleries has a long tradition that starts from the tradition of arrangè, the traditional infusions of rum with local fruit, spices, sugar and in some cases vegetables. The liqueur tradition of the distilleries is very ancient.
