Alboni’s Aged Beer Brandy is made from an unfiltered, top-fermented beer produced exclusively for us by a craft brewery. The result is a spirit of extreme finesse and elegance that retains the malt aroma of the original beer, interwoven with the subtle spicy notes of the fine wood in which it is aged. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and creamy. It pairs exceptionally well with 80% cocoa chocolate or a mild cigar.
