Also known as Ansonica or Insolia, it is the oldest Sicilian indigenous grape variety. With an intense yellow color with golden reflections, it offers notes of exotic fruits, lemon peel, almonds and acacia. On the palate it is light with an elegant salty note and a pleasant freshness.
