Special edition created for Velier Live 2024.

This bottling is made from the first aging Clairins: an extraordinary result obtained from the distillation of Cristalline sugarcane, which thrives on the Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye plateau, in the pristine nature of Haiti. Distilled by Michel Sajous in 2016, it was matured for five years in the barrels that housed the legendary Caroni rum, in the tropical climate. The distillate then continued to perfect itself en foudre, starting in 2021, before being finally bottled at full strength in January 2024.

This single cask represents a special edition in honor of Velier Live, specifically chosen to offer an exclusive tasting experience that reflects the craftsmanship of Michel Sajous and the exceptional contribution of the Haitian environment to the aging process.
