Amarica is the premium version of a bitter: no longer herbs infused and macerated in neutral alcohol, but in fine spirits capable of imparting a boldness and greater depth of flavor. In this case, the starting distillate is a Single Rum distilled in Guyana, which imparts an elegant and refined smoothness: multiple herbs and roots are added to this base, including wormwood, quassio wood and cinchona, chamomile and rhubarb, citrus peel... The result is an elegant bitter in which the smooth notes of the rum combine perfectly with bitter hints. We recommend consumption at a temperature of 6/8°.
