Transparent in the bottle, on the nose it is wonderfully original and herbaceous, a meadow of chamomile with marjoram, thyme, banana mint, sorrel, freshly cut grass, silage, farm smell, clay, lime, pistachio ice cream, croissant and salted butter.

In the mouth it expresses itself with a light note of herbal smoke, rye, prickly pear jam, gooseberries, cherries, honey and smoked duck with cranberry sauce

On the finish we distinguish the olive oil flavored with sage, thyme and marjoram. To be consumed neat, aerated for 20 minutes.
