Flor de Caña Gran Riserva is a rum free of sugar, caramel, artificial ingredients and accelerators. It is aged at the base of the San Cristobal volcano in "Almacen" at about 26 ° / 28 ° C, controlled in a non-mechanical way but thanks to the internal covering of the roof with a thermal insulating material and the external trees, which give shade to the Bodegas. For its aging, premium 135 liter barrels of ex bourbon are used, sealed with dried local plantain leaves. The annual angel share is 6%.
