The first pure single craft rum from India. Neoli Himalayan White Pure Single Rum is a creation of the artisanal distillery Himmaleh Spirits, and is the first pure white rum produced in the Kumaon plateau, in the Himalayas. The raw material is the fresh juice of sugarcane, grown in mineral-rich soil and nourished by the clear Himalayan waters, and fermentation occurs spontaneously.

The rum is distilled in a double retort pot still, following a method used for the first time in India for this type of rum. For the production of this rum, Himmaleh Spirits also collaborates with small local farmers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and ensuring fair remuneration, while at the same time making the entire supply chain completely traceable.

The result is an aromatic rum, rich in herbaceous notes, with a clean profile. Excellent for tasting but also in mixology, for an exotic touch. The name Neoli draws inspiration from the Nyoli bird - psilopogon virens - whose melodious song is associated with the rhythms of mountain life.
