Wild No 55 Series Rum comes from one of Jamaica's most iconic distilleries.

A distillery known for its rums with a high ester content, whose name unfortunately we cannot reveal.

This distinctive rum has a unique low ester profile. It is distilled in a double retort still, which helped create a very tasty fruitiness in this rum.

The rum is very carefully aged in the continental climate for almost 12 years after a short period of storage in the parish of Trelawny.

This maturation has made the flavor profile a star in its own right, exuding a blend of qualities that define a well-aged rum.

We are big fans of Jamaican rum and this is really a rum we like.
