In 1963, Achille Foletto created two spirits with the favorite botanicals of his wife Maria, a pharmacist and passionate about Alpine flora: raspberries and Ledrensi wild strawberries (the same ones used in Picco Rosso). Gin 170th is made in copper stills, distilling Garda lemon peels and mountain juniper berries, enriched with the historic fruit spirits. A distillate of Maria and Achille's love and passion for life, the land, and their profession: the same values passed on to their children, who are now celebrating 170 years of family tradition.
