Amarica is the premium version of a bitter: no longer herbs infused and macerated in neutral alcohol, but in fine spirits capable of imparting a strong impression and greater depth of flavor. In this case, the starting distillate is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled on the island of Islay, which imparts the characteristic peaty and burnt-wood notes: here, multiple herbs and roots are added, including wormwood, quassio wood and cinchona, mace and ginger, mint, eucalyptus and citrus peel... The result is a refined amaricate of exceptional pleasantness. We recommend consumption at a temperature of 6/8°.
