A Barbados Pure Single Rum produced from a blend of rums, each of which has been distilled in Double Retort Pot Still but fermented from both molasses and freshly squeezed sugarcane juice. The fermentation of the molasses started with the addition of a single yeast strain grown over approximately 72 hours, while the fermentation of the fresh cane juice took place entirely thanks to natural yeasts over the course of a few weeks – LFT stands for Long Fermentation Type. An absolute world first.
