On the nose, fruity esters with overripe pineapple, apples and bananas, vinyl records, glossy magazines, paper glue, papier-mâché, dark chocolate, dark chocolate rose creams, vanilla cheesecake and oak cabinets polished with beeswax.

On the palate the esters go crazy in a riot of glue notes, ripe pineapple, apples, clove balls, hits of anise, cherry lips, dark chocolate truffles, vanilla milk, custard donuts and mango pudding, with a finish of dry spices and extra touches of anise. To be consumed pure, aerated for 35 minutes.
