Valentini's Cerasuolo comes from Loreto Aprutino, in a unique pedoclimatic context between the Maiella and the Adriatic Sea. The vineyards stretch over mixed soils of sand, clay and limestone, well drained and ventilated, ideal for a viticulture that favors natural balance and low intervention.

The altitude and strong temperature ranges enhance the aromatic intensity of Montepulciano, a variety with thick skin and rich pigments.

Valentini's Cerasuolo is a rosé wine in color only: it comes from a short maceration of the skins, but retains the structure, complexity and tension of a great red.

Spontaneous fermentation and aging in large oak barrels make it a deep, inimitable wine that tells of the most authentic Abruzzo with rigor, identity and aging potential.
