100% Pinot Noir
Produced on a vine with clay-limestone soil with southern, south-west exposure, approximately 80 years old, Guyot pruning method, slow pneumatic pressing at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control then refinement on the yeasts for 6-8 months.Aging in bottle: 36 months.
Dosage: Brut (3 g/l of sugar)
This single-plot Cuvée is characterized by the finesse of its bubbles which offer a perfect balance between fruitiness and vinosity.
