100% Fiano

A wine that tastes of nature! The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then undergo spontaneous fermentation in concrete and fiberglass tanks, followed by two days of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged on fine lees in amphorae for 7 months and then in stainless steel tanks.
